How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches out to Taskshence Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to contact us about:
- Your experience calling or contacting Taskshence Plumbing
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a plumber we connected you with
Problems With a Provider
Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, start by raising it with the plumber directly, and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of our expectations may be removed. Know where we stop: Taskshence Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@taskshence.blog and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the plumber
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with the plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
